To make the Premix (makes 850ml, to serve 10)

200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish

Directions
For the Citrus Syrup: Combine the listed components inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Next, take off the stove allowing it to cool completely. Transfer to a sterilised bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the fridge, it can be stored for around a month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix all the liquids in a large bottle, leave to sit for one hour, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, making it perfectly clear.
To serve: Pour 85ml of the cocktail base into a mixing glass filled with ice, and agitate carefully for one minute until cold. Filter to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, garnish with a few cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a brief mist with the mandarin essence over the drink.
